How does GridVolt integrate with our hardware?
GridVolt connects through the interfaces your inverter or battery already exposes, typically Modbus TCP/RTU on site or your cloud API. We map your registers once, test against real units, and every site running your hardware benefits from then on.
Does GridVolt replace our own app or monitoring platform?
No. You can keep your existing app and add GridVolt optimisation behind it, offer our portal and app under your own brand, or use the GridVolt-branded platform. You choose how visible we are.
Does GridVolt operate within our warranty limits?
Yes. GridVolt respects the operating limits set by your BMS and inverter, including power, state-of-charge and cycling limits. We agree those limits with you during integration and never bypass them.
Which markets can GridTrade access with our batteries?
For eligible sites in Great Britain, GridTrade trades on wholesale and flexibility markets using battery capacity left after the customer’s own needs are covered. Eligibility depends on the site’s metering and connection, which we check before any trading starts.
What does a partnership involve commercially?
It depends on whether you want a co-branded or white-label offer and how you sell. Get in touch and we will walk through the options for your product range and channel.
